Privacy policy
This page covers the quotekernel.com website. It explains what we collect, where we keep it, and what we don't do.
Last updated: October 8, 2026
The short version
- The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the sign-up form.
- It is stored in QuoteKernel's own database, hosted by our hosting provider.
- This site runs no analytics and no tracking scripts.
- We don't sell your information.
What the sign-up form collects
When you sign up, we collect exactly these fields, and nothing else:
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Plan (the plan you chose)
- What do you want QuoteKernel to quote? (your answer in your own words)
We also record the time your sign-up arrived.
The form sends only what you typed. It doesn't add anything about your device or your visit, and it doesn't save anything in your browser: no cookies and no local storage.
Where it is stored
Your sign-up is stored in QuoteKernel's own database, hosted by our hosting provider. We don't pass your sign-up to a mailing-list service, a CRM or anyone else.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the account you signed up for, and to understand what you build so we can help you set up.
Analytics and third-party scripts
Analytics are off. This site loads no analytics and no third-party scripts.
If we ever turn analytics on, we'll update this page first to say what is collected, by whom, and why.
What your browser keeps
The site itself stores nothing in your browser.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your sign-up details. Email hello@quotekernel.com and we'll do it.
QuoteKernel the product
This page covers the website only.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page.
